My flatmate and I put a legit thela (street food stall) to sell a fancier version of chole kulche on streets of Bangalore, one of these weekends!
Every time we would pass by the street which was filled with people selling street food, we would think of trying it out!
Clearly is not as easy, takes up so much energy, requires crazy amount patience, and can’t afford sick days, or bad mood days, or days where you don’t feel like socialising. But sooooo fun!

We did, yes. We sold for 4500-5000 in 2 days, 3 hours each. Must have earned around 3-3.5k.
Good for the amount of time, we set it up for, and ofcourse first time.
