My flatmate and I put a legit thela (street food stall) to sell a fancier version of chole kulche on streets of Bangalore, one of these weekends! Every time we would pass by the street which was filled with people selling street food, we would think of trying it out! Clearly is not as easy, takes up so much energy, requires crazy amount patience, and can’t afford sick days, or bad mood days, or days where you don’t feel like socialising. But sooooo fun!

Sold it as Chatpata Chickpea Soft Tacos, and called the cart Chicks Cart! Because we are funny, and why not?
