I would say using a hand gripper, this drastically improves muscle endurance & your ability to hold on to weight for a longer period.
It used to happen to me a lot when I used to push the last rep of my workout.
I knew I could do more but due to weak grip strength, I used to lose control.
I can see the difference after using it for a month✨
