Just did honest work & maintained good relationships with the clients, even the tiny $5 ones from Fiverr. Seemed to have paid off so far.

What’s stopping you from getting to a fulltime agency model?
Scaling a UX team is hard. I do take smaller design gigs by the side (landing pages, illustrations) but don’t really enjoy them as much as core UX work. And UX takes a lot of in-person, boring, hands-on work with client, delegating dilutes the efficiency.

I used to be this. And then I met with an accident and was not useful for 2-3 weeks 🤕
