Watched this movie recommended by @mayank It is an extremely light, humorous and inspirational movie. The film is about a janitor who works at PepsiCo, comes up with the flamin' hot cheetos flavor and earns the position of a marketing executive in the company. There are articles which speak about the story being false and Frito-Lay disputed Richard Montañez's claim and stated that he was not involved in creating the product line, It lacks factual accuracy but apparently a huge part of the storyline is true according to the screenwriter. If you can ignore these things, it's a fun movie to watch

Interestingly, there was another movie on a true story at the same time, about someone who tried forever to become an astronaut, with a quick cameo from Kalpana Chawla

I watched the movie 'Flamin' Hot' and wow, it's such a heartwarming film! It has humor, love, and it's so inspiring. I loved how the main character kept pushing his idea forward despite facing many obstacles. He didn't give up until his idea worked out. Thank you, @mayank , for recommending such a good movie!!
