Everyone's talking about the woman CEO who killed her 4-year-son.
Makes me think if the Indian court is partial towards giving a child's custody to the mother Or is it the Indian men who don't want custody. Or is it something about a preconceived notion of the motherly love that fathers can't provide?

By default, the child custody is given to the mother, even when the father might be more fit to be a parent, in most cases, in India. What's your opinion?

It is said she was unhappy with some court order in her divorce proceedings. I'm not sure what it might have been.

It's hard for me to believe an educated parent (doesn't matter whether mom or dad) would do this to their preschooler kid, unless of course they're suffering from a severe psychological condition

Yes yes, must be going through something major, mentally. My problem is people not being able to identify that they are sick, even when they have the education and means for it.
