Yes, there is a huge infestation in the sector that I live in. Neem oil + haldi helped at first. But they got out of control. Then finally used a pesticide.

No it doesn't. You get water soluble neem oil on Amazon that you can use on your plants. Try that first.

Tried this and it worked. But if you don't have a huge infestation in the area you live, neem oil should work too.

they get out of control so i cut my dahelia plant but leaves root now regrowing it .
this is used to be my fav flower plant
