Hey @piouShubham , your session was engaging! Starting with questions about distractions was a fantastic way to get everyone thinking and involved. The insights we gained on managing difficult distractions and the importance of planning our day were particularly valuable for me. I also appreciated how you encouraged everyone to share their experiences with multitasking and breaks. This created a great atmosphere for open discussion and helped solidify the concepts. The "golden trio" reminder and the introduction of the work-play theory by Himanshu and Mohit were both helpful for understanding how to approach challenges with a positive mindset. Overall, the session was filled with real-life examples and fun experiences that everyone shared. This made the learning engaging and memorable. I'm already looking forward to your next one! Keep up the great work!

Hey @piouShubham , It was a very fun session and the discussions were great. You started off with a significant question by asking what's more distracting - internal or external? Everyone had appreciable perspectives towards it. The session opened into a fruitful discussion of rest, work, play discussion. I realized I understand this concept better the more number of times it is discussed. The examples and doubts regarding this concept has only deepened my understanding of it. Each pointer you gave to focus on work more opened up an important discussion where everyone agreed, disagreed with the points with a justification. According to me it was a great session because it was quite engaging and these are the kind of sessions that help us learn and introspect more. My only critique would be that with the pointers you gave you could have shared your own examples and why it works for you Overall it was a good session looking forward to the next one! ✨

@piouShubham It was a very good topic and such an engaging discussion! Right from the get-go, it had me hooked with all the different viewpoints and ideas on how we handle distractions, whether they're coming from inside us or from the world around us. I really loved diving into the golden trios concept – it gave me good perspective on how I can see value in my actions and what matters most in our lives and how we can sort through it all. And your suggestions for dealing with distractions, were really good for beginners or people trying to bring back their focus. It was super cool to hear everyone chime in with their thoughts and get so into the discussion. I reckon it would've been even better if you'd shared your own perspective and talked us through why you suggested what you did. That would've added a whole new layer to the conversation! Overall, it was a very engaging, conversational session and looking forward to more such sessions.

Hello @piouShubham Your session was smooth and engaging. You started with a great question about distraction, distinguishing between internal and external distractions. Your point about internal thoughts being crucial was very impactful. You mentioned, "If we ignore internal thoughts, external thoughts will also affect us," which resonated with me. It highlighted that having a clear plan and strong mental focus on our goals can help us resist external distractions. The discussions on the concept of work, play, and rest by Himanshu and Mohit were very helpful. Real-life examples made these concept easier to understand on a deeper and clear way. Your advice on avoiding distractions through careful planning and working towards our goals was very useful. It emphasized the importance of having a solid work plan and following it diligently. Overall, it was a very engaging session. I look forward to more such sessions 🥳✨

Hey @piouShubham, Thank you for conducting such an enlightening session on a topic that is crucial in our daily lives. Your discussion on the nature of distractions, both internal and external, was really interesting. It made me realize how these factors have been affecting my productivity and focus. The segment about the mistakes that lead to distractions was particularly interesting. Your emphasis on the drawbacks of not having a plan, ignoring emotions and how they are often overlooked was a good addition. I also appreciate the solutions you offered, such as the Pomodoro technique, time blocking, and creating a distraction-free environment. These are practical strategies that I look forward to implementing. You took in new ideas and on-the-go from the audience and kept the flow moving. I look forward to attending more of your sessions in the future!

Hi @piouShubham the session was good. Everyone engaged in the session and topic of the session was also good. It would have been better if you could have presented it in someway since there was a lot of points to be addressed. Also you could have given some examples with a real life connect. But apart from that, the session was superb. Waiting for upcoming sessions. 😄

Hello @piouShubham , Great session on distractions! 😊 You did an excellent job explaining the definition of distractions and highlighting the different types, both internal and external. It was really informative and helped us understand the basic concepts clearly. I appreciated how you addressed the common mistakes we make, such as not having a plan, ignoring our feelings, and multitasking. These are very relevant points that many of us can relate to. Thanks for bringing these up! 👍 For some constructive feedback, I noticed the session felt a bit mechanical at times. It seemed like you were a bit nervous, and some parts could have benefited from more preparation. 🙌

Hello @piouShubham , Thank you for the session on the much-needed topic of distraction! It was good to realize how I'm getting distracted and what common things people are distracted by. I really liked the part where the discussion didn't stop at just identifying distractions but also provided solutions and strategies to follow. One thing I wanted to mention is that when people give their opinions, you tend to jump to the next point instead of acknowledging or sharing your thoughts on them. Doing so could make the session even more engaging. Apart from that, it was a great session, and I look forward to the next one!

Hi @piouShubham It was a good session. I love how you picked a topic related to problems most people face in their daily lives. It was a difficult topic, and I liked how you attempted to answer it and acknowledged what you didn’t know and learned on the go. The do’s and don’ts you provided were also helpful. Thanks to Himanshu for pitch in to clarify the doubts, as always 🙂 One thing I would suggest you work on is interaction with the audience, this will give you more confidence. Waiting for your another session ✨

Hi @piouShubham The session was quite intriguing. You took a topic which troubles everyone. It was a wholesome discussion where we discussed the problem, the solutions and the root causes. I have 1 suggestion for your next session. Test your hypothesis on different people before you take the session. It'll help you see different perspectives.

Hi @piouShubham, Thank you for the session — it was quite simple and productive. I'm always keen to know more about productivity hacks, so this worked well in that regard. I'd have preferred if you'd've shared your own problems and suggested solutions as per them. It's interesting to know what works for people and what doesn't. Looking forward to the next one!
