I loved how things felt down-to-earth with the characters. The past few Marvel instalments I just couldn't give a shit about the MCs, but in Thunderbolts it felt different.
The John Walker character really got redeemed! Ghost actually used her powers in a better way. We got Bucky back in action, Alexie was the tank in the team. Yalena was awesome as usual.
Oh and was Taskmaster just a marketing gimmick? 🤣

They offed her as fast as they could...with just one line of dialogue? It was strangely funny when she was set up to have quite significance in the Black Widow movie

Also it's funny how the movie takes you through everything and it doesn't feel like you've missed anything by not watching the shows

I tried to take my friend with me, the first question he asked was - what else do i need to watch as homework to watch this film.

They credited the Fantastic Four theme in the rolling credits. My friends and I knew instantly what was coming up next.
So ofc it's easy to speculate over several reasons, but that scene was only shot recently to set up Doomsday.
