I think the answer is "it depends"
If you don't have infinite money and just want to game, it probably doesn't make sense to upgrade from even a RTX 3000 series GPU.
Its not a straightforward answer, different parts of the review will probably target specific individuals.

Nvidia just doesn't have any competition in the ultra-high-end class of GPUs.
