Language and vocabulary are something I keep on working on because I feel there is always a vast area of improvement.
This week, I dived into the difference between 'that' and 'which' in a sentence.

'That' is used when you are adding vital information to a sentence.
Without that specific piece of information, it would alter the meaning of the sentence.
Example — Do you remember that 'Japanese' place where we went for lunch?

'Which' is used when additional information is added and it wouldn't alter the meaning of the sentence, if removed.
Example — I love pasta, especially the ones which have shiitake mushrooms in them.
