Somebody should volunteer and clear some concepts for these decision making bodies-
1. Informed choices > abstinence
Students need sex education and safety tools handy instead of banning it and making it more lucrative for rebel teenagers.
2. Regulation > banning
Government tries to play safe by banning stuff like this, like vapes. They shed responsibility. Where as in any given situation regulating a market is more effective than banning.
