Blue Eye Samurai is so good. Completely took me by surprise. I thought it was gonna be your paint-by-number revenge tale but it turned out to be much better than that.

Also, it gave us probably the best Villainous performance of 2023. Kenneth Branagh as Abijah Flower is mesmerizing to watch. A true debauch, his interaction with other Japanese characters is so fun to watch.

💯 agree. The ending was a bit of a stretch though. I’ll still watch the next season, if there’s one, just for the fight choreography
