There's a boss with 6 arms
You have to immobilize him and hit his arms at least with 4 to 5 times to get that arm set

Combine with that poison build and you're critical hit get OP
If you start with new game+ upgrade your pilgrim armour set, while running faster you can just charge up your 3 focus points
