Who scripted it? What was the point? They came up with fun(ny) things randomly, like our hero chasing a bus in Portugal wearing boxers

It's like the makers wanted to shoot a John Wick-inspired music video with great production and blah music. Nothing works! You should check what I'm rating the movie.
