Q1: Do you like that you can use multiple reactions beyond the 1 or in some cases, 6 predefined reactions?

Yes, absolutely! Being able to choose a custom emoji from the emoji tray is definitely a plus for me.

Unnecessary in my opinion.
Also, it's a bit confusing. The very first time I reacted to a message, I accidentally tapped the wrong emoji so I tapped on it again thinking it would undo it but instead it just increased the count (like it does on Medium, I think).
I think the way slack does emoji reactions is the best ✅

I think so, yes. Been using openvy for almost a week now and even though I did have an option to react more than once, I didn't.
Think people usually use different emojis to convey intensity. For eg: 😂 vs 🤣
