What is User Experience Research? 🧐
There are multiple definitions floating on the internet and highly focused study materials. Though I feel most of them don't convey their part is easily understood human language 🤭
Do you have any interesting (and hopefully easy) explanations to what is UX research?

Have you known about Paris (or any other favorite city of yours) with a wish to visit it someday but never having visited it already?
When you finally get an opportunity to visit...
1. Should you rather read a blog about Paris or talk to someone who has visited or lived in Paris?
2. If you chose to talk, should you talk to just 1 person or multiple such people?
3. Should you also talk to people who want to visit but have never been to Paris? What variety and depth of info would they seek?
This entire exercise of talking to multiple people (and other possible sources) who have genuinely experienced or want to experience Paris, and documenting their insights, is close to non-formal UX research.
