I just don't understand why any established composer would dare take the level of risk of ripping off something so popular anyway? Especially at this day and age. Unless they're sampling it.

How’s the movie?

Movie is good, not spectacular. First half if the movie is a banger while second half is very average with some good climax. There are mixed reviews in the internet. I would recommend it as 1 or 2 time watchable.

There is claim that anirudh makes most of the songs like these 😂. If you hear his songs there will be much resemblance to other songs. But in this movie all of songs are mostly based on western music because the director wanted it to have western touch.

Everyone liked the song in theatres and it had different lyrics and all so maybe we can overlook it. But he should have given credits or got copyrighted it beforehand
