Every time Iโm setting up a new space, to live or work from, this is how my brain thinks in priority ๐
How about you?
1. Lighting โ as much as possible. Some for filling the room, other for drama
2. Texture โ hard to find and execute but can I add more interesting textures in the space without overwhelming?
3. Electrical sockets โ I should have as much access as possible and everywhere I feel like. Canโt wait for days when everything is easily wireless.
4. Colours โ I prefer to start with a simpler base canvas like white or off-white and then fill colours to add a visual story.

I think I start with fill light and then some corner ambient lighting to add that drama.
