Nowadays I stay active the whole day, and by the end of it….I’m literally half way dead
Things to blame- equipment’s, setting them up, driving to studio, then to any cafe for a coffee and then back to shoot
It’s mostly the continuous takes that gets out tiring by the end.

One hack is to not do anything mentally taxing around sleep time like solving a puzzle, even metaphorically.
