Hey @pncnaveen it was a wonderful session, when one talks about problem solving, the usual expectation is that the session will be about things that we find through books and podcasts but you had such a fresh take on the subject, yes, the core remains the same but the questions were definitely the reason to keep me on the toes and made me think deeply about these situations, how you plugged in the activity of looking at a problem statement through 3 different perspective was inspired, and the flight delay question, helped me get to an epiphany where I discovered how much I panic in situations such as this and how anxious the possibility of a delay makes me, knowing this about myself and having the opportunity to learn from everyone else's perspective will definitely help me if ever I face a situation such as this. Thank you so much for an incredibly ruminating session. Looking forward to your next one. Cheers!! 🤟

@pncnaveen Thank you so much for this incredible session on problem-solving! From the very beginning, it was engaging and inviting, thanks to your constant smile. The way you presented the material made it feel accessible and relatable. The examples you provided were spot-on, making complex ideas easy to grasp. The questions you posed were not just interesting but also deeply thought-provoking. They gave me so much clarity and made me consider different perspectives, which is invaluable when trying to solve problems. One of the highlights of the session was when you posed the question of thinking from different perspectives and it made me realize how changing our perspective can lead to new approaches to tackling the same issue. It really opened my mind to the idea that there isn't just one way to solve a problem, and that by considering various angles, we can better assess and address our challenges. The parameters you shared—scalability, viability, and understandability—were incredibly insightful. They provided a practical framework for evaluating solutions, which I found extremely helpful. Understanding these parameters allowed me to gauge the effectiveness of different solutions in a more structured way. Additionally, your approach to thinking about the consequences at different degrees for problem solving was enlightening. By considering the potential outcomes of each option, it became easier to simplify the problem-solving process and dive deeper into assessing the issues at hand. Overall, I truly enjoyed the session. It has equipped me with new strategies and perspectives that I can apply to problem-solving in both my personal and professional life.

Hi @pncnaveen 🤟 I think this was the most charismatic you've been in a session so far. You made little jokes. You were ready to engage with people and explicitly asked for their takes on the topic. It gave the impression that although you had your own take, you were willing to change it and learn from others. The flight question was very relatable. I wish we could have gone deeper into the graphic you showed about the first, second, and third order consequences. Perhaps ending the session with another example or two of your own would have helped. Thanks a lot for this! Looking forward to the next one.

Hey @pncnaveen ! Wow, what a fantastic session!👏 The entire session was so well organized and delivered with such enthusiasm👍 You kept the same energy from start to finish, which made it even more engaging And I have to say, the small fun activity was absolutely amazing! One thing that really stood out to me was when you brought up the idea of looking at things from different perspectives. It made me realize how important it is to change our mindset and approach problems from various angles. It really opened my eyes to the fact that there are multiple ways to solve a problem, and by considering different viewpoints, we can overcome challenges more effectively. Thank you for such a thought-provoking session. I can't wait for the next one!✨✨

Hey @pncnaveen Thankyou for this great great session. I was intrigued as to how would you take a session on problem solving since it's such a subjective topic! But you started off great and the question of 'How would you explain life to a 5 y/o' really got me thinking. And I realized I couldn't even explain to a grown up 😆 The examples and questions you asked through the session were very relatable, creative and fun to answer. Everyone's take and answers to these questions made me realize there are literally so many ways to solve the easiest problem. A little more stress on the image of consequences would have been great. You were very enthusiastic through the session, you managed it so well. You engaged everyone, you had a very contagious energy! Looking forward to the next one. ✨

Hello @pncnaveen Nov! Thank you for this wonderful session. Most importantly, it was engaging because you included some entertaining elements and a smile :). I really liked the jokes you sprinkled in whenever you had the opportunity. Kudos! Now, let me talk about the topic. It was very much needed. To be frank, I always thought of problem-solving as something we do at work. Outside of real life, I never took an approach to think deeply about it. Instead, I would just look for an immediate solution or try to escape from the problem by engaging myself in different activities. However, this session taught me a lot about how to look at problems and what approach I should take. The question that asked me how I would explain life to a 5-year-old opened up something in my mind that I didn't even realize was there. Then, seeing other people saying the same thing, I felt it was normal. Overall, it was a good session with a lot of new unfoldings. I'm looking forward to the next session with even more engaging elements :).

Hey @pncnaveen, First of all, thank you for the insightful session on Developing Problem-Solving Skills! 🙌 I really enjoyed how you started with thought-provoking questions about what a problem and a solution are. It set the stage perfectly and got everyone engaged right from the start. The step-by-step approach you discussed, starting with identifying the problem and moving on to brainstorming, was very clear and practical. 🧠💡 Your examples and exercises made the concepts easy to understand and apply. I especially appreciated how you encouraged us to consider different perspectives. 🌍👥 It really opened up my thinking and helped me see problem-solving in a new light. Overall, great session, Thank you! 😊

Hey @pncnaveen, thanks for the thought-provoking session on developing problem-solving skills. The session was an amazing learning experience, especially the practical exercises that provided experience in problem-solving. The 'dumbest idea' exercise was a standout. It served as an effective tool to encourage out-of-the-box thinking and creativity. It was both fun and insightful to think of the most absurd ways a problem could be solved. The discussion on measuring a solution was really insightful - reviewing solutions, having backups, measuring viability were important takeaways. Once again, thank you for the invaluable session. I am looking forward to the next one!

Hey, @pncnaveen Thank you for this amazing session. It was filled with great thoughts, games, and jokes. I really enjoyed the whole experience. The topic was fantastic. The way you explained problem-solving was excellent. Your question about explaining social media to a 5-year-old was very interesting, and the answers shared were even more interesting. Thinking from three different perspectives to find solutions was really inspiring. The "future wheel" exercise was thought-provoking and gave us new ways to brainstorm solutions. Overall, it was an incredible session. I loved the energy and how you engaged everyone. Looking forward to the next one. ✨ ✨

Hey @pncnaveen what a brilliant session👊 . Starting off with first question, i knew it was going to be very interactive and engaging session . Your confidence throughout the session was amazing. Session was very well structured . you explained very well how problems should be approached .There were lot of problems you gave us to solve which were very interesting . Specially that of three perspectives to build India , a tech advance nation . Perspectives can play important role while solving problems .The “Future Wheel” was completely new to me and i am very curious about it . Future wheel can help us see through the directions, but ig when in the problem i don’t think so i will remember to solve it using future wheel. Still i will try my best😅 .Thanks for an awesome session . looking really forward to more of them ✨!!!

Hello @pncnaveen, Thank you for the amazing session on problem-solving! 👏🏻 From the get-go, your energy and confidence set a great tone for the discussion. Starting with the question on problem-solving and finding solutions was a brilliant move. The way you broke down the steps with clear examples made everything so relatable. The activity where we had to reflect on how we tackle problems was particularly insightful and made me reconsider my own approach. The exercise where we had to explain life to a five-year-old was such a unique way to think about simplifying complex ideas. The future wheel activity at the end was entirely new to me, It provided a refreshing perspective that I hadn't considered before. Overall, it was a fantastic session, Looking forward to the next one! ✨

Hey @pncnaveen Problem solving is an essential part of our day to day lives and you brought that into question through your session :) The part where you discussed the dumbest idea was a fun way to make us realise that out of the box solutions work just as well as the practical ones! The section where we went into 3 layers of consequences could have been explored a little more. You brought everyone into the conversation which was great to see! Onto the next one 🚀
