If a person from tier 3 place asks you for help regarding how to be financially independent, how to handle pressure from parents, how to go away from toxic hometown environment.
How would you help? What all resources would you share?

1) define tier 3 (in terms of resources available or lack); will give us a context
2) pls share the capability of the person in terms of education or skills
3) what productive goals - theoretically- would make this person happier/confident/at peace
