I first watched Arrival during covid, and honestly, it felt like the perfect time to see it. With all the uncertainty around us, the film’s themes about life, connection, and making choices hit me differently. One of the coolest things about Arrival is how it explores time. The story suggests that the way we use language could actually change how we experience time, which makes the whole plot even deeper. I’ll admit, it took me watching it a couple of times to fully understand this, but once it makes sense, it’s really impressive. Arrival is a must watch movie. It’s a beautiful movie.
