For the launch of The Rise of the Dragon, GRRM was doing a live stream and for joining the event you had to buy either F&B or Rise of the Dragon. So the first 2500 orders were going to receive signed copies. I keep on checking for any info on this topic and happened to notice it immediately after it was announced and bought both the books, even though I already had F&B
