Want a pair of headphones with good ANC, good battery life and very good calls...all at the lowest possible price (of course!)? The Amazon Prime Day Sale has just handed us the best option. The Sony WH-CH720N! Normally available at a price in the vicinity of Rs 9,000 - Rs 10,000, they are now going for Rs 7989!
We actually think that they are very good value for money even at their usual price, At the "deal" price, they are an absolute steal. You get VERY good ANC, better than that on the more expensive Sennheiser Accentum, and close to what's there on the recent Sony ULT! This is the kind of ANC that actually kills a lot of sound around you - good enough for use in a Metro or an aircraft! The controls are button-driven which suits us fine - we find the touch ones erratic!
You also get the option to connect to two devices at the same time and switch between them and a pretty good 30-35 hours of battery life with charging over Type-C. Call quality is very good, making these superb for professionals. Even the sound quality is pretty good in terms of clarity and volume. No case in the box, but what the heck, use those bucks saved to get one! If you want ANC headphones for work, these are great. No, Sony did not pay us for this.
