My whole concern/dilemma here is that my end goal is to have something of my own eventually
AshwinBajaj6138
So the question is 1. Should I really go for a masters
2. CIID is not accredited but the best curriculum out there which is genuinely teaching design should i pursue it
3. How much does a master really help a designer in the industry and till what extent

I believe the biggest requirement for this ambition is to have practical experience and understanding.

As much as we’d like, studying might not be the best path to practical experience.

Alternatively, what if you’re to start something today itself?

Or join an early-stage venture for equal time you were to invest in your masters?

Masters helps a lot with bigger (read Enterprise) companies. It’s also one great way to move and learn more about the culture of a certain city you’re interested in for the next few years as your work city. Hope this makes sense!
