Interesting title. What is it about?

It's about a town . Suddenly it got separated from the world by means of dome ( circle looking thing ) and it cut all the connections with the outer world . Even signals from outside. nothing can pass through it. Story revolves around will the people of town survive? It also focuses on how tough times can bring out true human nature . Mix of sci-fi , thrill , mystory and maybe horror for some .
