Looking for some advice...
I have a 15 year-old nephew and he wants to work with Design/IT. I told him he can be my personal assistant. I don't exactly know where and how he can help me.
He lives in another city, we'll collaborate remotely,
My first thoughts: he will manage my blogs, create posts for social media, build variations of my figma designs. Am I missing something here? I really want to help him fly!

Nobel thought of lending a hand to your nephew. But did you saw any of his work ( I understand he is 15, but if whether has done something in his free time)?
That would give you an idea of where he can be useful. If he has not then social media post can be the starting point under your guidance.

He has never done anything yet. He just plays with videogames all day, as of now. Actually I could get to know him better, asked him a few questions like "What do you like doing" "Where do you want to be in 10 years"
For example, I don't know if he wants to be a programmer or a designer (I am both)

Roblox has multiple mini games inside it. Which ones and what aspects does he genuinely enjoy?

He is telling me he plays: CSGo, Fortnite, Call of Dutty Zombies and Minecraft. And he likes building houses in Minecraft.
