A book about a book, wow. It was a good read. What I liked here was that there were original Japanese words and phrases used (even though they came with added translation). This helped me test my Japanese. The story was simple and the ending did feel a little rushed but overall it was a good 7/10. I would have loved to read more about food (menu was not detailed and discussed, I would have loved reading more about the kind of coffee that was served at EVER REST the cafe owned by one of the main characters. I haven't read the other book by Nick Bradley but this one was good.
