We say we’re “social animals.”
Truth? We don’t want society.
We want a society that thinks like us.
The clash begins when reality shows us: people are different.
And instead of learning from that, we get disappointed, frustrated, even angry.
The irony is… living in society isn’t about surrounding yourself with copies of you.
It’s about learning to hold space for difference. Without losing yourself.
So the real growth is not “finding like-minded people.”
It’s building the patience & wisdom to live with unlike-minded ones.
That’s society. Everything else is just an echo chamber.
