With the confirmation, I also received a link to track the repair status. The link is an unsecured http URL, which in 2024 should really be https ๐คทโโ๏ธ

After sending a few emails and some back and forth through these two odd weeks of no updates from their side, they have now finally shipped my headphones back. I wonder if I had never emailed them again asking for updates, I would have never gotten my device back?
The "tracking link" I received to track the repair process never updated. I was hoping for more granular updates if they had specially made a page to track the process. Alas, it showed the same status throughout these weeks and it only now updated with the return tracking number.
