I seemed to have dropped my headphones a few too many times 🫣. The left ear speaker seemed to have broken.

RMA Shipment delivered to Sennheiser - 11 Nov 2024 at 4PM I got the RMA Receival confirmation on - 13 Nov 2024 at 3PM

Side note, all Sennheiser RMAs require the customer to cover the cost of one side shipment. So sending in my package by post was a little nerve-racking, and finally getting Sennheiser's confirmation gave some relief.

With the confirmation, I also received a link to track the repair status. The link is an unsecured http URL, which in 2024 should really be https 🤷‍♂️
