The power bank is pretty much an accessory that tags along with many of us. I mean, yeah, batteries have got bigger but gadgets have increased and heck, charging them can be a pain sometimes. And there are only so many lower outlets. Power banks however have their own headaches. Some don’t have enough ports. Some don’t charge fast. Some are not allowed at airports. And so on. Which is why we love the Stuffcool Superpower 85W power bank.

This is a 20,000 mAh power bank and generally costs close to Rs 5,000. Now, that’s a fair bit for a power bank that only has 20,000 mAh. You get 40,000 mAh power banks (oh yes they exist) for lesser. So what the heck is so special? First off, it charges at 65W. You can actually charge your MacBook Air or Pro off it. It has 3 ports - a type A and 2 type C. Secondly, that charging speed means you can actually fully recharge phones in no time at all.

Thirdly, it actually gets charged pretty fast itself. It charges at 65W itself. A MacBook charger) can charge the power bank in about three hours. No need to “leave it on charge overnight.” It can charge fully while you watch a film. Fourthly, for a 20,000 mAh power bank, this ain’t too bulky. It is thick, sure, but it’s actually shorter than an iPhone 14 Pro Max or a Pixel 7 Pro. It is about 400 grammes, so it weighs less than two iPhone 14 Pro Maxes

Fifth, that 20,000 mAh capacity is a blessing actually. Because it can get through airports in your hand baggage. Most airports do not allow power banks of above 20,000 mAh capacity. One more thing - it comes with a Type C to Type C cable that supports 100W charging. So about Rs 5,000 for one power bank that can change them all - from your notebook to your tablet to your headphones to your phone - AND be allowed on flights. Pretty cool. Stuffcool cool.
