Journaling. Sounded very boring/not so helpful/cliche to me until a year ago. Then I tried it myself and I can say that it's probably the best thing I've done for my mental health. Helps SO MUCH to reduce the mental clutter. I could see a noticable difference in my clarity of thought in just a week
