Yes! I’m on iOS 17 though. I saw they’ve made changes to CoreData. Might’ve been a data persistence bug/compatibility.

Please check the gallery permission once.

Not the permissions. There seems to be a size limit. I took a screenshot of the photo, saved it in the gallery and uploaded. That worked!
