Does anyone else brew their own coffee at home?
I’ve been brewing coffee at home for sometime now. Not only does it serve it’s purpose but also adds a non-digital distraction in the midst of a busy day!
It’s a great hobby (read: rabbithole) as well. As you discover new coffee’s and ways to make a good cup, the tweaks and improvements are almost endless.

I do. Indonesia’s a coffee heaven.
Pour overs and moka pots
Mostly Indonesian beans. Sometimes some African stuff. Whatever I can score from the tons of places here.
And yeah. A hell of a rathole. Eventually you find James Hoffman and that alone will take a thousand hours off your life LOL

@asr Their Balanoor Plantation Red bourbon washed chikmangalur was unreal! Just finished 2 batches (500g) of that and since I’m traveling, I’m completely out! Will need to get some beans locally now, most likely will go with a light Brazilian.
