How do you give one at work, also do you use any specific tool to document and track?

Yes we document it at the same time when it’s being given.
Later we paste it on the file or make sure we are ver conscious of it while working around it.
Most interesting part is he doesn’t instruct instead he makes a mirror and lets us realise and that’s it 🤭
